Disclaimer

1. Only previous Home Doctor Customers are eligible to be a part of this rewards program.
2. The referred party has to purchase a product from The Home Doctor to qualify for the rewards program.
3. If a new referral does not become a customer of The Home Doctor for any reason, the referring customer will not be entitled to any reward. The Home Doctor shall not be obligated to accept any new customer except at The Home Doctor's sole discretion.
4. E-Gift Card will be emailed 1-2 weeks after customers' order is fully installed and either paid for or sent to financing.
5. To be qualified as a new order, the order must be signed by the new customer and submitted to The Home Doctor. Also, to be qualified as a new order, the new customer must not have been a previous customer of The Home Doctor.
6. There is no limit to the number of new customers that any existing customers wish to refer.
7. The Home Doctor employees and their families are not eligible to participate in this program.
8. The Home Doctor reserves the right to alter or withdraw this offer at any time during the program without prior notice. The Home Doctor may decline acceptance of any offer that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
9. The offer is void where prohibited by law. The Home Doctor will resolve all disputes as its sole discretion.
